Food should taste – and taste good. Food is important, maybe half the experience of your stay with us.

The food at Stjärnholm tastes like home cooking, but with a clear overtone of special occasions. It is food that stands proud, whether it is the breakfast buffet, late-night snack or banquet dinner! We treat it all the same way – it is all so tasty and so well-prepared that our guests are filled with a sense of well-being and of good company. That is our aim.

With good food go fine wines. Our well-stocked cellar has a wine for every taste. Our dining room staff will gladly help you choose. 

The dining rooms
Stjärnholm has three dining rooms, with seating for a total of 181 guests.

The largest dining room seats up to 115 guests, the medium dining room 50 guests and the smallest dining room, called "the vault", seats up to 16 guests. 

Breakfast buffet
Each morning we serve a generous and wholesome breakfast buffet to give you a good start. A selection of the breakfast buffet includes among many items, home-baked bread, fruit and juice, egg and bacon and the Manor’s own muesli-mix. Our Swedish coffee carries both the Fair Trade Mark and the Swedish KRAV-label for organic products.

Naturally we offer both lactose- and gluten-free alternatives. If you require these alternatives don’t forget to mention this in your booking!

Lunch buffet

Our lunch buffet is served between 12 noon and 2 pm every day. There are hot dishes to keep you going through the day, as well as an extensive salad buffet with bread and butter. Coffee or tea available to round off your lunch.

Dinner

Dinner is served in the evening, with one or more courses according to your booking requirements and season.

Lunch and dinner must be booked in advance.
